DemoQuoter is designed to speed up the route from a customer part to a reviewable quote draft.

Several work steps become one workflow

A typical process opens a CAD/STEP tool for geometry properties, an Excel file for calculation, and then a Word quote template. DemoQuoter shows how those steps can be connected in one focused workspace.

The final product is jointly developed with each manufacturer

The demo is not an off-the-shelf product for immediate use. The final product is developed with each manufacturer so its calculation logic, internal assumptions, and approval steps match the actual quote process.

• Deployment in the manufacturer's infrastructure; design and quote data remain in that environment.

Data processing in this demo

Uploads and hosting

The public demo runs on a German STRATO server instance. STEP files are processed only for the requested analysis in the temporary file system and are not persistently stored after processing. The demo creates no application backups of uploads, usage analytics, or user profiles.

Optional email delivery

Only if you expressly use email delivery, your email address and the data necessary for the quote are processed through Microsoft 365 SMTP and sent to the recipient you enter. No email is sent without this action.

No analytics providers

The demo uses no advertising, tracking, or third-party AI providers for STEP uploads. Its technical providers are STRATO for hosting and, solely for optional email delivery, Microsoft 365 SMTP.

Privacy information

The controller is Amin Saidani. Personal data are processed to operate and secure the demo and, for optional email delivery, to carry out the communication you requested. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for pre-contractual communication requested by you, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Recipients are STRATO as hosting provider and, for email delivery, Microsoft 365 and the recipient you enter. The temporary data described above are not retained persistently.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for the controller's place of business.
